What PlayersLab is
PlayersLab is one app for baseball development. It replaces the three to five separate tools players juggle: readiness from your wearable data, biomechanics with measured targets, nutrition logging, and full training programs on your phone.
Short version for a bio: “One app for how I train, recover, and track my game.” You can also add the tag “Trusted by MLB Scouts.”
Talking points (all true today)
- Readiness that uses real data: connect Apple Watch / Apple Health, Oura or Polar and PlayersLab turns your sleep and recovery numbers into a daily readiness score.
- Biomechanics with targets: film from the side and the app shows each measurement next to its target range. It is an on-device estimate, so call it a guide, not a lab test.
- Compare sessions to see what is improving and what is slipping.
- Sessions, bullpens, workouts, nutrition and recovery in one place.
- Your coach can assign a program (throwing, lifting, arm care) to your phone and you check it off.

Post ideas
- A screen recording of your daily readiness check-in before a workout.
- A before and after of one biomechanics measurement across two sessions.

Do and don't
- Do start captions with #ad or #PlayersLabPartner, include your code, and show the real app.
- Don't promise velocity gains, injury prevention or any medical result.
- Don't call the biomechanics exact or lab-grade.
- Only say a wearable works with PlayersLab if it is Apple Watch / Apple Health, Oura or Polar. Don't mention WHOOP, Garmin or Fitbit yet.
- Don't lead with “free.” The app has a free tier but premium features are paid.
- Don't buy ads on PlayersLab brand terms, post fake reviews, or use your own code on your own account.
How followers enter your code
Download PlayersLab, and during profile setup tap “Have a referral code?” and enter your code. If they skip it, they can add it in Profile. The code can only be set once, so they should enter it before choosing a plan.

Tell us where to send your earnings. We pay through Venmo only. Never enter bank account or routing numbers here. Enter the Venmo handle you want paid, like @yourname.

Program terms.
Commission and payouts
- 10% of net revenue. Ambassadors earn 10% of the net proceeds PlayersLab receives (after Apple's platform fee and applicable taxes) from each paid monthly subscription that is attributed to their code.
- Recurring. You earn on a subscriber for as long as that subscription remains active and paid.
- Attribution. A subscriber counts when they enter your code in PlayersLab (during sign-up under “Have a referral code?” or later in Profile). A code can only be set once per account and can't be changed afterwards. Only subscriptions that start after the code was entered earn commission; subscriptions that were already active do not. Your own account and subscriptions don't count. Coach plan subscriptions count automatically. Enterprise agreements count when your code is given at setup, and we calculate those by hand.
- When you're paid. Earnings for each calendar month are totaled when the month ends, and you can see the amount in your portal. We pay you on the day PlayersLab receives its App Store payment covering that month, which is typically about 30–35 days after the month ends. Payment is by Venmo only, to the handle you save in your portal after approval. You need a Venmo account to be paid. You're responsible for your own taxes; we require a completed W-9 (or the correct form for non-US ambassadors) before paying you once your total earnings reach the IRS reporting threshold, and payouts are held until we have it. Never send tax forms through this site; we'll tell you how to send yours securely.
- Your PlayersLab account. Approved ambassadors receive a complimentary PlayersLab Pro account, using the email you applied with, for as long as they remain an active ambassador. If you already have an account with that email it is upgraded; if not, we create one and you set your password with “Forgot password” in the app. Complimentary access does not earn commission and ends if your ambassador account ends.
- Refunds. Commission on refunded or charged-back payments is reversed against future payouts.
Posting requirements
- Publish 4–5 posts per month that feature PlayersLab (feed posts, Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos or Stories you can link to). Log them in your portal.
- Include your code in each post, and disclose the relationship clearly (for example “#ad” or “#PlayersLabPartner” at the start of the caption), as required by FTC endorsement guidelines.
- Be honest. Only describe what the app actually does. No guarantees of velocity gains, injury prevention, medical claims, or fake reviews.
- Ambassadors who don't meet the monthly posting requirement may have that month's commission held, and the account may be paused.
Fair play
- No self-referral and no creating accounts to use your own code. No paid ads that bid on PlayersLab brand terms, spam, or misleading posts.
- PlayersLab may decline applications, pause or end an account for violations, and update these terms with notice to active ambassadors. Commission already earned on valid subscriptions is still paid.
- Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees of PlayersLab.
- Under 18. Ambassadors under 18 need a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms and receives any payments.

No set minimum. We care about an engaged baseball audience and posts that look like you actually use the app.
How do I see my results?
Every approved ambassador gets a private portal link showing signups with their code, posts logged this month, and monthly earnings.
How do I track the 4–5 posts?
Paste each post link into your portal after you publish it.
